研究概況: 
研究神經退化疾病的病理機轉並且使用核受體活化劑和幹細胞治療疾病,同時運用非侵入方法包含生醫物理、腦電波儀和眼動儀探討大腦功能
研究方向: 
1. 探討神經退化疾病(阿滋海默症、帕金森氏症及漢丁頓氏舞蹈症)和腦中風的病理機轉並且利用藥物和幹細胞對上述疾病的治療研究。
2. 研究代謝症候群及老化等因素對大腦之影響‧
3. 利用基因體及蛋白質體方法探討核受體(PPAR, LXR and RXR)對幹細胞存活生長及調節分化之重要性研究。
4. 使用電場刺激、腦電波儀和眼動儀探討人類心智活動的腦形圖功能網絡於認知神經科學
